Maccabi VAC significantly supported the Scheiber Sándor Jewish School with sports equipment. We bought basketball hoop, badminton equipment, balls and many sports objects and accessories for the students. Due to the sport development program of Maccabi VAC, the sports equipment was renewed completely that ensures a higher sport education system for the students in the school.
This February, we held the second annual Maccabi VAC Purim Basketball Games, with 4 participating schools: Lauder, Scheiber, Kerek and Radnoti. This January and February, the Maccabi VAC introduced a Maccabiah exhibition and competition to the Lauder and Scheiber schools. The elementary school took part in the competition, and the coaches included the teachers as well.
